1. Purpose
This Policy explains how Orbit, Smart Tools, AI-assisted features, approval controls, and automated actions operate within Tanero.
2. AI Assistance
Tanero may analyze communications, classify information, build client context, generate drafts, summarize records, recommend actions, and execute enabled workflows. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or inaccurate. Tanero does not guarantee that generated content is correct, lawful, complete, or appropriate for every context.
3. User Oversight
Users remain responsible for configuring automation, selecting approval or automatic modes, supervising outcomes, correcting errors, and applying professional judgment. Users must review contracts, legal or financial advice, prices, commissions, representations, binding commitments, and other sensitive information before relying on them.
4. Approval and Auto Modes
Approval mode routes configured actions for user confirmation. Auto mode authorizes supported actions within user-defined settings and connected-account permissions. Tanero may route an action for review where the system identifies uncertainty or sensitivity. It may not detect every sensitive matter, and no routing mechanism is guaranteed to be perfect.
5. Sensitive Matters
Requests involving agent opinion, legal or financial matters, commissions, pricing, contractual commitments, locations, meeting links, or unusual risk may be routed for manual review according to platform settings and system judgment.
6. Communications
Automated communications must comply with consent, identification, unsubscribe, do-not-call, fair housing, privacy, brokerage, and professional requirements. Users remain responsible for the legal basis and business purpose of communications sent through their accounts.
7. No General Model Training with User Data
Tanero does not use connected Google data or User Data to train general-purpose public models. Information may be processed by approved providers solely to deliver user-facing Tanero features under applicable controls.
8. Reliability
Tanero uses commercially reasonable monitoring, retry, recovery, and quality controls. Automation may be delayed, unavailable, duplicated, or fail because of software errors, provider outages, permissions, rate limits, incorrect settings, or incomplete data.
9. Incident Control
Tanero may pause an automation, disable a feature, require reauthorization, or route activity for review where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abnormal behaviour, or maintain compliance.
Policy Changes
Tanero may update this Policy as automation capabilities, safeguards, review logic, user controls, laws, or operating practices evolve. No update creates a guarantee of perfect detection, error-free output, or uninterrupted operation. Material changes will be communicated where practicable or required by law.
