Welcome to Tanero ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide an AI-powered operating system for real estate professionals, featuring CRM, voice automation, and website solutions. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws, including PIPEDA (Canada).

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

Account Information

Name, email address, phone number, and profile data provided during registration or via Single Sign-On (e.g., Facebook Login).

Real Estate Data

Information regarding your listings, leads, clients, and deal stages that you input into the Tanero CRM.

Voice & Audio Data

When you use the "Commander" feature, we process voice commands to execute actions. Note: Voice data is processed transiently for command execution and is not permanently stored for third-party model training without consent.

Financial Data

Payment history and wallet balances. We do not store full credit card numbers; payment processing is handled by our secure partner, Stripe.

Usage Data

Logs, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to improve system performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: To host your IDX websites, manage your CRM, and execute AI commands.
  • AI Processing: Transmitting necessary text and voice inputs to our AI infrastructure partners (e.g., Cloudflare, DeepSeek) to generate content and summaries.
  • Billing: Calculating usage-based fees (e.g., telephony minutes, extra leads) and processing subscription payments.
  • Communication: Sending transactional emails (via Amazon SES) regarding account security, billing, and lead notifications.
  • Authentication: Verifying identity through third-party services like Facebook to prevent fraud.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential infrastructure providers:

5. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform policies, if you registered via Facebook Login and wish to delete your data:

  1. Log in to your Tanero dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
  3. Click on "Delete Account".

Alternatively, send an email to support@tanero.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will permanently remove your data within 48 hours.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure access protocols to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
