1. Scope
These terms apply to features identified as beta, preview, pilot, early access, experimental, development, or test features.
2. Nature of Beta Features
Beta features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unstable, unavailable, or changed without notice. They may have limited support and are not subject to any service-level commitment unless stated in writing.
3. Appropriate Use
Do not use beta features as the sole basis for legal, financial, pricing, commission, contractual, safety-critical, or irreversible decisions.
4. Data
Beta features may process User Data only as described in the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notice. Tanero may limit data types or require test data.
5. Feedback
You may provide feedback. Tanero may use it without restriction or compensation, provided it does not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential User Data.
6. Suspension and Discontinuation
Tanero may restrict or discontinue beta access at any time. Where reasonably practicable, users will be given notice before a material discontinuation affecting stored data.
7. Confidentiality
Non-public beta information, designs, documentation, and functionality may be confidential where identified as such or where a reasonable person would understand it to be confidential.
Changes to Beta Features and These Terms
Tanero may add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue beta, preview, pilot, experimental, or early-access features at any time. Tanero may also revise these terms as testing scope, risks, product design, or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated where practicable or required by law.
