1. Monthly Subscription
Tanero is offered through one monthly subscription unless a written order form states otherwise. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
2. Included Features
The subscription includes the generally available Tanero features identified at purchase. Features may depend on supported regions, providers, account permissions, technical availability, and fair-use or product limits disclosed before purchase.
3. No Setup Fee
Tanero does not charge a setup fee unless a separate written agreement clearly states one.
4. Optional Usage-Based Charges
Certain optional services may be billed according to actual use, such as telephony, SMS, AI calling, transcription, storage, premium providers, or other metered services. Usage-based services must be activated by the user or an authorized account administrator. Tanero will disclose the applicable rate, unit, included allowance, or pricing method before activation where reasonably practicable. Users may disable optional usage-based features, but charges already incurred remain payable.
5. Taxes
Advertised prices exclude applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise. Government-imposed taxes may be added at checkout or invoicing.
6. Payment Authorization
You authorize Tanero and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for subscription renewals, taxes, and enabled usage charges.
7. Failed Payments
If payment fails, Tanero may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, restrict paid features, or suspend access after reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
9. No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and non-creditable for partial months, unused time, unused features, or account inactivity, except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by Tanero.
10. Price Changes
Tanero may change future subscription or usage rates by reasonable advance notice. A price increase applies no earlier than the next renewal identified in the notice.

Policy Changes
Tanero may change future subscription pricing, included usage, optional metered services, billing methods, or plan structure by reasonable advance notice where practicable or required by law. Changes apply prospectively and will not conceal mandatory fixed charges. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance, except where law requires a different process.
