1. Electronic Delivery
By creating or maintaining a Tanero account, you consent to receive agreements, notices, invoices, receipts, security alerts, service updates, disclosures, and other account communications electronically.
2. Methods
Tanero may deliver communications through email, in-product notices, account dashboards, website postings, or other electronic methods reasonably connected to your account.
3. Keeping Information Current
You must maintain a valid email address and accurate contact information. A notice is considered delivered when sent to the contact information on file, posted within the account, or otherwise made available through the Services, subject to applicable law.
4. Marketing Communications
Marketing messages from Tanero will be sent in accordance with applicable law and available consent preferences. You may withdraw from marketing messages without affecting essential service, billing, security, or legal communications.
5. Communications Sent by Users
When users send communications through Tanero, they remain responsible for consent, identification, unsubscribe, suppression, recording, telemarketing, and other legal obligations applicable to their communications.
6. Paper Copies
Where required by law, you may request a paper copy by contacting team@tanero.ca. Reasonable delivery charges may apply if disclosed in advance and permitted by law.
7. Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by closing your account or contacting Tanero, but withdrawal may make continued use of the Services impossible.
8. Changes
Tanero may update electronic delivery methods and this consent by reasonable notice. Effective date: August 2, 2026
